This guide applies to Fusion Loans
Generally we do not Charge you for writing your mortgage. We are paid by the lenders. We disclose that we receive payments from banks and money lenders. If you require specific information please ask your mortgage consultant.
* Individual lenders may apply an application, and valuation fees, which if incurred by us will be, passed on to the applicant
The mortgage fees for service we may be paid by the money lenders may vary. However over the last few years the lenders have joint forces to cut their costs to increase their profits and reduce what they pay to mortgage brokers. The amounts they pay are nearly the same. This has had the effect of making the banks and money lenders compete on their product benefits.
There are two fees for service normally paid by the money lenders:
- An up front fee between 0.5% and 0.8% of the settled loan amount.
- A trail fee of 0.25% paid per annum for the life of the loan.
