To be a property manger for Fusion Realty you must own your own a Real Estate property. This policy ensures that only property responsible people are employed to manage your investment property. All of our property management staff, are at an age that exceeds 35 years old. This means they are attended all property inspections on time with out hang overs from the night before. Being property owners themselves they treat your property as if it belong to them.

Protecting Your Income
We put a very high priority on collection of rent and do everything we can to ensure tenants fulfil their obligation to pay their rent as it is due. Rental arrears are checked daily and notices served promptly at the appropriate times, should tenants fail to meet their commitment.

Fusion Realty has access to the right policy for you. Many franchised real estate firms will flog you what is best for them not what is right for you. Many insurance policies do not cover the risks which can be associated with asset management.
Routine Inspection Reports
Routine inspections provide us with the opportunity to notify you of any maintenance that may be required on your investment property. It also gives us the opportunity to ensure the tenant is maintaining the property to our standards. Should this not be the case, we will issue the appropriate notices and re-inspect the property to ensure our requests have been attended to.

Application Form
We ask detailed questions on our application form in relation to the prospective tenant's rental history. We verify their employment or financial position and contact personal referees. Photo identification is required, either Driver's Licence or Passport and the tenant must prove they are the person actually signing the application.
Property Condition Report
We know how essential it is to complete a detailed, comprehensive property condition report at the commencement of each tenancy. Attention is given to both interior and exterior of the property to ensure finalisation of bond at the end of the tenancy is carried out with a minimum of fuss. The more detail and time taken at the beginning of a tenancy, the fewer problems at the end.
